This can be written or a video.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Solution Description:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Provide a detailed explanation of your solution. Be creative and explain how you will use various technologies, designs, features, etc to combat the problem. This can be written or a video.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Solution Design (3D Design):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Design your solution using 3D design software. \u00a0Include images in your presentation with labels that show the features of your design as detailed in your solution description. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Printed 3D Design<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: \u00a0Students should display their final 3D print and are encouraged to be creative in how they display the design (draw\/color environment, include toy people, cars, etc) to display how it would be placed within the community.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Space will be assigned and limited to 3 feet per project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-userway-font-size=\"14\">A project will be\u00a0<em data-userway-font-size=\"14\"><strong data-userway-font-size=\"14\">disqualified<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0if any of the following occur:<\/p>\n<ul data-userway-font-size=\"14\">\n<li data-userway-font-size=\"14\">The narrative description is missing. (see below)<\/li>\n<li data-userway-font-size=\"14\">Copyright information and credits are not included on the narrative or displayed with the project. (see below)<\/li>\n<li data-userway-font-size=\"14\">A planning document is not displayed\/available that clarifies the process used to create the project. (see below)<\/li>\n<li data-userway-font-size=\"14\"><span>To ensure that projects reflect students&#8217; own creativity and effort, participants in the Pennsylvania Media and Design Competition must adhere to an 80% human, 20% AI rule. This should be specific and as detailed as possible to give the judges the necessary background regarding how it was developed.
